Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 2-7 business days from the date of the order, and the order cutoff time is 5:30 PM. Our Store operates on Mon-Fri 9 am – 6 pm (GMT) Western European Standard Time (Faroe), except on national holidays at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

When the product is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number/link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Order Delivery Time

The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track them every step of the way!

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs / postal delays or current-day supply chain issues. In any case, where we anticipate a delay or become aware of a delay, we will communicate to the best of our ability. And ensure the smoothest process possible.
